We were so happy to welcome our first guest to Germany. Abby likes to call him Mr. John. He was here for the Bread and Butter clothing convention, so we only got to enjoy him in the evenings and during the weekend. It was so much fun to have a little piece of home with us. Abby was one smitten kitten with her new boyfriend.
We took him sightseeing on Saturday, but the weather was unbearable and we had to cut the festivities short. Abby cooled down my taking a quick dip in the fountain, which I am sure is illegal but no one cared.
I am thrilled Abby is potty trained, but sometimes she has to go pee when we're on the road. Good thing our van is big enough to transport her training potty for such occasions. That being said, she would much rather squat by a tree or find a nice patch of green grass to do her business.

Oh my goodness. I am so not ready for all that potty training stuff. It will be hard breast feeding and helping the other one pull her pants down in time. Oh brother!
Of course John Boyd is still around! What fun for you two to have a visitor. Some day we will come out and we can make your blog!
